Riverhouse is located 1,5 km from Ivalo center and only 30 km to the Saariselkä ski slopes and cross country ski trails. Regular bus services to Saariselkä several times a day daily and during high season the Ski bus also runs to Saariselkä and the slopes daily. There are interesting places to visit nearby for example 40 km to Inari village and the Sámi museum Siida. Opportunity to experience Norway's rugged landscapes on a day trip. 290 km to Murmansk, Russia.
